You can request the deletion of your personal data processed in connection with your use of the Zenbara app at any time.
How to Request Data Deletion
Please send us an email with the subject line "Zenbara Data Deletion" to:
Please include in your email the email address or user account associated with your Zenbara usage so we can identify and process your request.
Which Data Will Be Deleted?
After reviewing your request, we will delete or anonymize personal data that can be associated with your user account, provided no statutory retention obligations prevent deletion.
Subscriptions and Purchases
If you have an active Apple App Store subscription, this is managed through Apple. Deleting your data with Zenbara does not automatically end an active Apple subscription. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings.
Processing Time
We typically process deletion requests within 30 days of receiving your request.
